To facilitate seamless car rentals, we partner with Wheelbase (our booking and fleet management platform).

When you book a vehicle on our website:

  • Rental Details: We collect personal data including your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and reservation dates to process your booking.
  • Identity Verification: In accordance with rental requirements, we may collect driver’s license information and date of birth to verify your eligibility to rent and drive our vehicles.
  • Payment Processing: Payment transactions are securely handled directly through Wheelbase and their integrated encrypted payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store or process your full credit card details on our local servers.
  • Third-Party Interaction: Because our booking engine is embedded directly from Wheelbase, their system may collect data, use cookies, and monitor your interaction with the booking flow in accordance with their own privacy policies.
